It was towards the end of February 2022, I started writing. I was recovering from my illness, cervical radiculopathy. This time when I fall sick again I remember the same time.
Again the same symptoms. MRI confirmed nerve pinching. Not good but could have been worse. Treatment started but recovery will take time, 4-6 weeks at least.

May you have a speedy recovery. If you are not taking Vit D and magnesium, after talking to doctor take those supplements which helps some in pain relief. My doctor gave me for cervical neuropathy and migraine and daily intake of it is helping me a lot. Taking turmeric in the form of milk, smoothies, etc also helps in reducing inflammation.
